BETADINE® Medicated Vaginal Douche Kit
- Contains Povidone-Iodine (PVP-I) 10% w/v
- BETADINE® Vaginal Douche is indicated for:
- The symptomatic relief of minor vaginal soreness, irritation and itching.
- Use as a vaginal cleanser for the vaginitis candidal, trichomonal, non-specific or mixed infections and for pre-operative disinfection of the vagina
- Maintains microbicidal activity in the presence of blood, pus and vaginal secretions.
- Kills bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa and yeast.
- Simple and practical to use.
- May be used including days of the menstrual cycle.
How to use?

Measure 2 capfuls of the liquid, using the measuring cap of the concentrate bottle.

Tip the measured liquid into the squeeze bottle.

Fill the squeeze bottle to the neck with lukewarm water.

Screw the applicator on to the squeeze bottle.
5
To expel the contents of the squeeze bottle, gently squeeze the sides with both hands.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- BETADINE® Vaginal Douche is contraindicated for patients with hypersensitivity to iodine, hyperthyroidism.
- Not to be used in pre-puberty children
- Not to be used if pregnant or breastfeeding
- The product is spermicidal and should not be used when conception is desired. Do not use this product with contraceptive devices.
